Great house, fantastic location
Stayed for 3 days, including the 4/8/24 solar eclipse. First time in Marble Falls and had a great vacation, a lot of that due to the amazing house and great location on the river. Lots of amenities, including the stellar porch and river view! Willie, willie amazing. Highly recommend.

The Willie is a charming, unique property. Great deck overlooking the river. Lots of hummingbirds and butterflies. The property is comfortable and clean and decor is unique. I will stay here again next time I’m in the area.

We loved the 6 weeks we spent at The Willie House. Scott is very easy to work with and a great host. The house is even more beautiful and peaceful than the pictures show. There are numerous restaurants and stores within walking distance or a short drive. We can’t wait to return to Marble Falls. Thanks Scott for everything you did to make our stay so enjoyable.

Just Amazing
Such a wonderful hideaway that is nestled on a hillside overlooking a waterway. The owner has tastefully and artistically decorated the place and it was obvious they cared about the experience you had. There were little snacks, chocolates, wine, waters and more available for partaking at no extra expense. The bedrooms are gorgeous. The master king bed was the most comfortable soft bed I’ve slept on besides my own at home. The smaller bedroom bed wasn’t as comfortable or soft but the decor was lovely. What made this place stand out aside from the country music “Willie” ranch theme was the owner’s hospitality and thoughtfulness in all the little details added to make sure your stay is memorable and enjoyable. He was a phenomenal host and so was our stay at the “Willie House”! PS- We went by the Pottery Ranch as well which the host owns and it did nit disappoint! What a cool place that I plan to come back to very soon!

This was our second time staying here and we won’t stay anywhere else. Already planning our next visit in early September. Scott has gone above and beyond to furnish his house and have all of the amenities one could ask for. Gorgeous view of the river. What a find!

Everything you should expect…
I want to tell you that this place and this experience was terrible….because I’m selfish was don’t want this place to be booked next time I want to stay there….but I can’t do that. This place was awesome. Pictures don’t do justice. Clean. Great location. Great outdoor space. Great communication. We will be coming back as soon as we can!

Sister weekend
My sisters and I live in different metro areas of Texas and met in Marble Falls for a short but sweet gathering. We found the Willie Nice House to be a great place to stay in the Texas hill country. Marble Falls is a charming town plus it’s close to beautiful parks, the wine region, and Austin and San Antonio are just an hour’s drive. And the view from the back patio really is phenomenal. We loved it all. We’re already planning on another trip as this place is now always on our minds; but next time, we’ll spend more time on the beautiful patio, it was lovely!

Wonderful house!
This was our second time to stay in the Willie nice house. It is still one of the best homes we have had the pleasure of renting. The beds and linens are phenomenal. The refrigerator has cold water stocked. There is a coffee maker, with coffee. So many wonderful small touches, makes you feel like you never left home. The patio and outside with the deer are just wonderful. First thing my husband did was feed the deer! We will be back, the house is a vacation retreat, even when we are there to work! Scott is a wonderful host, any concerns were promptly addressed. We can't complain about anything! Love, love the Willie nice house!
