The balcony views of Hill Country were incredible at the property. Really loved that everything was well-appointed and nicely layed out. The La Quinta team was very friendly and helped us with dining and other recommendations.

Was told our room was ready upon arriving. Went in and nothing had been done. Dirty towels in bathroom, used condom on the bathroom floor, spit/toothpaste in the sink. Garbage in the bins. Beds had not been serviced. None of that even bothers me besides the fact that they sent me and my kids into a dirty room. I understand that people use hotel rooms as a temporary home, as they should. But please dont send me into a very used room after telling me its ready lol. So, i didn't complain at all. Just requested the cleaning service to come do their job so we could get on with our vaca. 3 hrs later and still no maid service. Went back to the front desk to ask what was going on and was told they had just left for the day. So, the front desk switched us to another room. No big deal. I was happy. Until i walked into an occupied room! Thank god the person or persons that had that room were out at the time! So i quickly left that room and went back to the dirty room and contacted someone again. In the end they made it right and no harm was done and i was happy. Out side of that incident they stay was great! The staff was very helpful, very apologetic and even gave us some goodies. I recommend this place but definitely double check your room before you go in.

The view of the lake from the patio were very nice features of our stay at La Quinta. My wife and I loved the experience.

The staff was so friendly! The front desk clerk that checked us in made us feel right at home. The next day we wanted to try the sauna but had trouble with the door and the staff went out of their way to get it open refusing to give up. Everyone was so friendly. The bed was amazing! And the views were spectacular! I’ll definitely stay here again!

People have no common courtesy. The people above us and children and it was like sleeping under train tracks. When we complained they just let the kids get louder .

We are sorry that your stay was not totally enjoyable due to the noisy neighbors. We make every effort to control unruly behavior and will threaten eviction if necessary. I will investigate your complaint and have a word with the lady at the front desk to find out why she failed to control the noise. I assure you that this is not the norm for our location and hope you will give us the opportunity to redeem ourselves during your next visit to the area.
