Features include furnished living room; kitchen area with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishes, and utensils. Guests provide their own meals. One bathroom includes toilet, shower, and tub. One bedroom with queen-size log bed. Towels and linens provided. General Information: Wheelchair inaccessible. Only pets 15 pounds or under allowed $80.00 fee per pet. Fee is for entire visit, not per day. As much as we love bigger dogs, the space is just not large enough to accommodate pets larger than 15 pounds. We do not allow pets over 15 pounds. No parties or disturbances. If guests are asked to leave for disturbance or bad behavior, no refund will be given. Guests provide their own meals. Owner or agent is not responsible or liable for any loss of tenant's personal property, accidents, injuries, or damage of any nature from any cause to tenants (including their guests or invitees) or by acts of God. Minimum two night stay or rent weekly. One night if available. Firewood provided at no charge. If extra storage is needed, storage unit may be provided at no additional charge.
