Not as clean as I would have liked. The shower was not very clean. I wiped my hand down the side and came away with gritty black dirt. I felt things could have been wiped down a little better as the mirrors had a lot of spots on them as well. Great location for what we needed.

House keeping needs to actually clean the floors. We spilled a little on the floor, cleaned it up and the towel was black

THE ELEVATOR BUTTON ON THE LOBBY FLOOR NEEDS REPAIRED. HAD TO HAVE DESK CLERK RESET IT WITH A KEY. SHE SAID PROBLEM HAD BEEN ON GOING FOR A WHILE.

there was no maid service we had to make our own beds . there was plenty of towels to last thru our stay even tho no maid service. normal check in time is 3?30 however they were kind enough to check us in at 11 AM

Pet friendly but they required $250 deposit. The staff was wonderful from the front desk staff to the kitchen staff. Laundry service on site was a great option when on a road trip. I will definitely stay here again.

Don't know of any hotel that does not charge extra for pets, most start at 100 to 150 per night.

The door was hard to open and close, like the trim was to tight. The toilet was so low to the floor. Had a hard time sitting down and getting up off the toilet. My wife is 5'4" and she had a hard time standing up when she got off the toilet. The bath tub tile was water damaged, from getting water behind it. Base board tile was falling off outside the restroom.
