When we checked in I asked for a late checkout due to an 8 hour drive back home. They said ok no problem and was to notate our room but on the day we were to check out the cleaning lady came at 10 even when I had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door and then came back again at 11:15. The phone didn’t work to call down from the first encounter as I was trying to get some rest after I dropped my son off at his training classI didn’t get much sleep as it was due to the dogs barking all night in the room across from us! Very Frustrating!! Especially since the owner didn’t really care as she shrugged her shoulders at me!!

This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in a motel. Staff was very unfriendly and unwilling to help. As we were walking to our room ran into another customer that experienced the same thing. Do not stay!
