This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in a motel. Staff was very unfriendly and unwilling to help. As we were walking to our room ran into another customer that experienced the same thing. Do not stay!

Check-in was OK. The room was very nice and clean. The key cards to get in the room do not work very well. I sometimes tried to use the card 20 times before I gave up and went back to the front desk to get the key card replaced. Even with the replaced card it took multiple attempts with card to get into the room. We stayed there for 5 nights and we had to have one of our key cards replaced or rebooted at least once each day. The Covid breakfasts were ok considering the circumstances. We appreciated them. The cleaning staff was nice and helpful. Again,the room was nice and very clean. But,the TV. The TV was a nice,large LG flat screen,with great color. However, somehow it was stuck in a mode they use when these TV used when they are being demonstrated in a retail store. About every 30 seconds another screen would pop-up listing the great features of an LG TV. It was not a small screen either. It would appear on different sides of the screen. I could not figure out how to stop it,even Googling for a solution. I found one,but could not work because there wasn't button that matches what the YouTube video said to do. Of course I called the front desk for help. The response that I got was that he had no idea how to fix it..... End of story. Disappointing. 6 days and 5 nights of this was not good,and as often as it happened when we were watching something ,we never got used to it. Again,the room was clean and nice. As soon as we walked in to the property there was a stale odor. In our room it was worse. Very old and dank. Unkept looking. Breakfast unavailable. Should have checked previous reviews. We left immediately and stayed elsewhere

Our "handicap accessible" room was totally unacceptable. The handheld showerhead was broken. I requested a new one on our first day and it was never replaced during our two day stay. We managed to struggle through one difficult shower and couldn't bother to shower on the second day because it was too difficult with a broken showerhead. Neither phone worked so in an emergency I would have no way to call for help. The La Quinta in Bend was wonderful. This facility was horrible. How could two La Quinta Inn & Suites be SO different??? We had a full, hot breakfast at the La Quinta in Bend, a nice thick comforter, 4 bath towels, homemade cookies in the afternoon, a very friendly staff, etc. etc. At the Central Point La Quinta we had a pathetic "grab and go" bag, which I had to ask for, a thin little blanket, 2 bath towels (had to go get two more since the phones didn't work), and no spare roll of toilet paper (which I also had to go get) and a staff that acted like you were putting them out whenever you made a request of any kind. The facility, overall, was dirty and very disorganized. My husband and I travel widely (both in the US and around the world) and to be honest, this is one of the worst places we have ever stayed.

The property was not well maintained. Weeds growing in front of the entrance, trash in the shrubs, light bulbs missing in the room, repairs to walls visible - patch work done but not painted, etc. The “store” offered warm soda and stale chips. Positive comment - the bed was comfortable.
