Driveway entrance was hard to find since this location is new. Google Maps provided wrong directions to the entrance. Front desk staff were cordial and friendly but did not provide necessary information upfront. We were surprised with a $100 security deposit upon check-in that we are still waiting to receive back--despite paying for the stay up front. Rooms only cleaned every 7 days. Fresh towels need to be requested. None of this I formation was provided in advance.

We apologize for the confusion with Google Maps. We are working diligently to get this updated. Since we are an extended stay property we are a bit different than your traditional hotel. I sincerely apologize if that was not made clear at check-in and I am working on retraining the staff on how to best explain the way an extended property works. Your deposit was refunded upon checkout and I urge you to contact your financial institution for an update as it does sometimes take a few days for them to process it.

This hotel does not rent to locals and there is nothing listed on the website. It was very frustrating to show up with a reservation and be told I couldn't stay there. On a busy summer weekend and no other available hotels, it was super inconvenient and very disappointing.
