The neighborhood was very quiet and it was an easy walk to the downtown and theater district, with very good dining next door. The complimentary breakfast left a little to be desired as there was not much choice - there could have been more fresh fruit and maybe a breakfast meat.

Property is in a great location - super convenient to lots of dining and retail. Hotel itself is somewhat rundown. Old wallpaper, dirty baseboards. The fitness room was closed due to COVID as well (in Dec 2021).
