Thank you so much for bringing to our attention the issues that you encountered with our appliance and electronics. Your comfort and convenience is our top priority, as always. We will address the maintenance task right away for the benefit of our future guests, which hopefully will include yourself.

The problems that we encountered were: we tried to check in early ( 5 hrs early) was told we would have to pay for another 24 hours stay which would equal another $85. Long story short by the time they allowed us into the room, we had been up 27 hours with ALMOST no empathy, sympathy for the situation, the room was already paid for and owner stated it was slow time, so if wanting to stay be aware, rooms and beds are fine but dont expect any human compassion or courtesy, just expect to be treated as chattel, all they wanted was our money. Personally we will not stay in this chain again and will advise our family that travels to do the same. Stay at your peril.

I enjoyed that i was treated with respect and care. I also was so happy that they let me check in early so i could get to sleep !! The room was clean and smelled great Everything was so clean . It was quite and i would definitely use their hotel again when needed !!
