On the list for improvement - we stayed in a king studio, there was not enough lighting in the room, i am a professional and could barely see to do work while in the room, or comfortably read! Need more lighting!!

We loved the lay-out of our room! Everything was modern and provided what we needed. Our only complaints are that the hot tub jets did not work and the staff member checking us in seemed very unhappy. We completely understand that businesses are understaffed but I don’t think I saw her smile once.

1. No room service unless you stay 7 days. 2. Breakfast is minimal items available. 3. No bell hop service. 4. Easy access to mall of America 5. Just one restaurant is walking distance. 6. No in hotel room service.

Good evening. Thank you for your feedback. We are not currently offering daily service to rooms. I do apologize for the inconvenience, but this is in keeping with Marriott guidelines to keep both our guest and staff safe. If at any time during your stay you require a towel refresh or trash picked up, please always call the Front Desk. The Element is a select service hotel, meaning we do not, nor have we ever, offered bell hop service, valet parking or room service. Safe travels!
