Very clean, quiet, accommodated late arrival and later check out. Nice pool and whirlpool that didn't get to use but will plan to on next stay. Rooms were warm and front entrance fireplace was very welcoming. Breakfast was hot and plentiful and staff was friendly

Very Nice Hotel, Easy Commute to Mall of America

Pros: Modern Rooms
Comfy and clean, No regrets here! Didnt explore the town much but servered as great place to stay for the mall, short commute and very nice room.

Fresh and clean

We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and the sheets and towels smelled so fresh. The only downside was that the service desk guy wasn't very knowledgeable about certain things we were looking for in the area. Seemed uninterested but still polite and helpful with the room and stay. So minor issue. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Not a good experience.

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
Cons: Noisy, rooms cleaned too late in the day
We left our room at 9:00 AM and returned at 3:45 PM and our room hadn't been cleaned yet. The staff rudely asked us to leave, so they could clean, even though I asked for 15 minutes to change clothes. Also, the pool/hot tub area was over-crowed, with many children in the hot tub. (Even though the sign read, "No children under 12). The hot tub capacity was 4 people, yet there were 10-12 people in it.
