There was an area on the second floor, down the hall from us that was dirty for two days. Also, the people above us were quite noisy very early in the morning as they were leaving (5-6am), and late in the afternoon when they got back.

When we first went to our assigned room, our card unlocked the door to an already occupied room. The front desk person changed our room for us but it was very weird. Then we received a phone call the next day, after we had checked out and turned in cards, asking why our stuff was still in the room. I had to tell her that we were placed in a different room.
