At check in I was told they were out of poolside rooms as there were pool birthday parties going on. I had booked a poolside room about a month ago. How does a hotel give away a room that I had already booked and paid for with a credit card? Breach of contract!! Lady at front desk had no clue at what she was doing as apparently this happened to another family right before us. She put us in a hospitality suite on the 4th floor, no where near the pool. Went to the room and found out it only had one bed for four of us. Went back down to the front desk and said this wasn't going to work. Asked to check out and get a refund. Wouldn't refund us. She then bumped someone out of a double queen room on the 4th floor again that hadn't checked in yet. I'm sure they were happy to find out they didn't have a room. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

The check in process was a bit rough... and the property could benefit from some signage as we got lost, had to come back down, then discovered we were across in another section... clearer signage could have helped. Overall the property is a bit dated and needs some upkeep but the restaurant was good and my son loved the pool! We felt safe and our room was clean.

It was a very nice overnight stay. It was clean and the coffee in the lobby was good. The refrigerator wasn't very cold and the furniture was worn.

First time checking into a hotel and not being able to locate the room. Incorrect directions were given and frustrating dragging luggage around with no assistance from staff. Staff speaking badly about someone with no regard customers were standing there. Hotel needs improvements. Best thing was the shuttle driver to the airport. Very friendly and prompt.
