We reserved a 2 queen room and got a King with a fold out couch. Not happy about that!

The rooms were clean, and the beds were nice. Not a ton of parking though. Check is only available until midnight and staff was not well trained. I tried to pay with cash and they didn't know how to process that. Another staff member came in and she didn't know how to do that either. I understand there being a hold on a card for incidentals but they didn't know how to hold the card for that and let me pay in cash.
