Room was not clean. The carpet was not vacuumed at least during the 4 days we were there. Some of the "new" towels had stains on them. The coffee machine did not work and we advised the front desk three mornings, every time we were told that they fixed it, but they didn't.

The staff from the cleaning crew to staff at breakfast and the front desk were not very friendly. The rooms were not cleaned well everyday and I also had to ask every single day for extra towels since we were 4 in the suite. They kept on putting 3 towels when I asked for 4.

Excellent but don’t leave any valuables out
Everything about the hotel was great. Lots of space for a big family. Pool was heated so kids enjoyed it. Lots of amenities close by and short drive from everything. Hotel is newer and is well built. Our room was next to the elevator shaft and we couldn’t hear anything so well insulated. We would have given it 5-stars but on our first night we went down for breakfast and forgot to put privacy sign up. Cleaning staff helped herself to $30 my husband left. We caught her and questioned where money was and she gave it back. Later, I noticed my wallet was riffled through money slot it but nothing was taken as I had no cash to take (receipts I needed to keep were removed from slot and how I knew someone went through it). After this, we kept privacy sign up the whole time.
