"Super clean, everywhere - in their facilities and in the rooms. Room obviously had newer flooring, furniture and fixtures, but the structure, hvac, and showers desperately need updating. Room had a musty smell, likely from the age of the building and the old hvac vents and piping. Thats really my only complaint. Beds and furniture were comfy, the amenities - their quality and abundance - were outstanding. Towels were actually soft, as was the toilet paper. Customer service was above and beyond. Really neat place, would stay again. Private back gate where you can drive straight to the beach and a hotel owned parking lot next to beach access. "

"The house is beautiful and location even better! Watched dolphins swim by our window everyday. Beds were comfortable and there wasnt anything more we could have asked for. Definitely recommend and hope to visit again!"

"The home was as advertised. It was like being in someone's home, cozy. Not only did the property sleep our 8, but the owner was attentive to other details besides 'beds' to make living comfortable for many people: extra baskets and caddies in the bathrooms, bedside charging ports, plenty of floor pillows for group games and tv time, extra outlets, and plenty of seating and tables, and ample parking.Bonus: oceanview from the front windows of the home and a 2 minute walk to public beach access."

"The property was in a very Convenient location close to stores 2 miles away. 2 minute walk to beach access Also unit was very clean and had clear instructions for anything that you needed . I would rent this unit again when i come back in the future.. Great place for a family vacation Also"

"The house was a very well maintained home, outfitted comfortably, and in a great location. The fenced in backyard was nice for our 2 dogs, who also loved the short walk to the beach, and nice neighborhood to take walks. Perfect fall vacation!"
