Very positive experience.
Our little 'villa' was extremely clean and comfortable! In our unit the carpeting was new and the kitchen had everything we needed. We, personally enjoyed the outdoor pool, ping pong and went for a movie during movie night. It was charming. Off of Bennett street, just past the villa's on the right is a public place to park your car and use the beach access.

Nice place to stay!
Looking at some prior reviews I was a bit skeptical but that proved to be unfounded. The units are timeshares and they aren't luxury units and they are somewhat dated, BUT the unit we stayed in S-6A was exceptionally clean and met our needs perfectly. The bed was comfortable (King) We didn't use the murphy bed. The kitchen was adequately equipped. No maid service but we didn't expect or need it. The blinds for the sliding door in the bedroom were the horizontal plastic slats which never have worked well but it wasn't a problem. The bedroom is very large and there is a full size walk in shower and large vanity in the bedroom with a separate half bath with toilet and sink that is adjacent to the bedroom. We didn't use any of the amenities such as pool or laundry room but they looked to be fine. Would definitely stay here again.

Ok, but not what I expected
The condo itself was cute and the bed was comfy. There was a nice game room with a pool table. Nice indoor pool as well. The kitchen was a totally different story and something I have ever seen in a villa condo. There was a coffee maker and coffee filters, but not even coffee for the first morning. The kitchen flatware was 3 spoons and a couple of forks and really no cooking utensils to speak of. The microwave shelf was broken and the microwave was ancient. It had a can opener, but it was broken, so I couldn't even open a can. As far as activities, they was next to none and the ones I did show up to, no staff was even there. I do think these villas need updating and the kitchen needs to be stocked for at least 2 people.

A lot of Great Things, and noisy
Great Location; Extremely Friendly Staff; Clean; Easy Check-in; Safe; Great Indoor Pool and Hot Tub Facility. Bed was not too comfortable, but okay. We stayed in April and it was noisy; we could hear couples and kids through the walls pretty easily. We were out most of the time, and there were quiet hours, so it was not too bad. Overall, this place was a very good value!
