Thank you for your feedback. We want to truly apologize that your overall experience with us did not meet your expectations. We apologize that you were not made aware of updated in-room soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers that are installed in shower/tub area to limit the waste of standard hotel toiletries that Hyatt is moving away from. We understand your frustration with our valet service and have brought this to their leadership's attention.We hope to be better staffed on busier weekends and have a faster flow with hotel and restaurant traffic. Our local vendors are working diligently on our elevators and due to delay on manufacturing parts, it is causing a longer wait time to get this resolved. We apologize for this inconvenience and hope to get this resolved soon.

Thank you for your feedback!We want to apologize for the longer waiting time due to us only having one active elevator. Our local vendor is working diligently and due to delay on needed parts that are out of our control, it is taking longer to get our other elevator up and running. We have passed on the feedback on our carpets and will work to get these touched up and get rid of this odor. We also apologize for the inconvenience of our valet team being understaffed. We have addressed this with our valet leadership to make sure they are heavily staffed on busy nights when we have our hotel and restaurant heavy traffic.
