The room was really hot, air conditioner was a floor unit and it took 3 hours to cool the room I asked the front desk Clerk, he said there was a wall unit, came in the room and couldn't find it. When I checked out the day desk clerk said that there was a wall unit and she doesn't know why the night clerk couldn't find it. They should have refunded my room fee, since did not rest due to the room being hot.

You can tell that they are trying to renivate an old hotel, which is a good thing. The unfortunate thing is when you have an old property you are more likely to have rodents. Unfortunately, I moved my pillow and there was a live roach in between. The two pillows. By this time I had been in the room a day and a half and it was time for me to check out. I will not stay there again. The staff was nice. The room was nice but unfortunately the roach did it for me. The area is not a bad area but definitely not the best.

I'm very disappointed the room... it doesn't look clean and smell bad. I didn't stay I left and stay at the double tree hotel.

This place is just the opposite of the type of place I normally stay. There was no room service. No coffee until 7 a.m. and no alcohol until 10 a.m. They have a Kuerig coffee maker in the room, but mine didn't work and they wouldn't come fix it or bring me another one. There was little staff available no matter the time of the day. I could go on and on about this place
