Thank you for taking the time to write a review, and we're sorry to hear that we failed to meet your expectations. As we discussed yesterday, the room that you had booked was a single King Standard. Due to the non-functioning tub, that room is rented as a King Standard and not as the Jacuzzi Suite. Additionally, Expedia lists the pool status as "seasonal" to indicate the closures due to state regulations. The bathtub issue you experienced was the drain being installed improperly, so you were unable to fill the tub. I came up and personally repaired the issue for you last night, and verified with you that there were no further concerns. Again, we apologize for the inconveniences you experienced and we hope that you will revisit us again in the future so that we may better accomodate you.
