Hotel staff went into our room and took our belongings and returned most of the items in disarray, dirty inside of trash bags. Also stole valuables from our room.

Staff at desk was excellent. Kesha gave me a great recommendation for dinner. Staff on checkout was also very attentive. I mentioned the strong scent of bug repellent in the elevator, diminished by the time I left. Eggs were not availble by 8:45 when I came down for breakfast asI overheard another guest inquire. Room was clean. Satisfied on the whole

We lived to close and wouldn’t let us stay even with credit card. So apparently if you have issues or family in town.. can’t stay there if your address is close.

The closeness to the highway was great , staff was great, breakfast was great . The Room however was very rundown , half the lights didn’t work , the showers were dirty and had mold and rust everywhere , the pull out had stuff on the clean sheets papers and phone chargers fell out when we unfolded it , almost like no one had changed the sheets or even unfolded it. Behind the beds were receipts and wrappers one of the reasons we picked this place was for the pool , which was dirty and freezing , no towels on towel rack , not to mention the men hanging out smoking weed on the bench . Won’t be coming back 😔

This location is very outdated, quite in need of repairs and oversight. The bathroom ceiling was cracked, the carpet was not very fresh, and the halls had scratches and torn wall covering. The elevator was slow in operating, and quite small. Our TV control did not work, and the guest book had an outdated channel guide. That's the bad stuff. Now the good! The staff was excellent, cheerful and helpful. They made every effort to fix what was do-able, and the free laundry really blew me away, but they could use two washers to compliment the two dryers. All in all, It was satisfactory, but I'd pay 10 more dollars to get a more up to date, better conditioned room.
