It was my first time in Charlotte and we had a good experience. Stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. Service was great and the valet parking was very convenient even with the daily fee. Room was clean and had great amenities. Overall it was a nice stay.

Convenient to the stadium and dining. Staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was pretty good. The only thing we did not like was the elevator and additional charge for parking. You had to put your room card in the elevator and it didn’t always work properly. It was also inconvenient when the elevator was full. The additional $40 for parking was kind of expensive in my opinion, and should be included with the hotel price.

We were there attending an event. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well kept. The only frustration was the elevators. It was very nerve wracking at times. I like the fact that you have to scan your key to get to the floors but the key doesn’t always work and if it doesn’t then you can’t get to your room. There were several people who had the similar issues and complaints. Other than that it was great! We would definitely recommend and stay again in the future!

Wonderful room with kitchenette. Very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast everday was gorgeous - everything you would wanr. Free coffee all day. Veey pleasant lobby with a bar...thats where breafast is too. Location very walkable to all major uptownn sites, museums, theater, convention center, andvright next to the Spectrum center and transportation hub. Room very clean and well appointed. Bed super comfy. My only complaint I cant stream. Some places have Netflix or Prime, that you sign in with your account. Oh well. Can't have it all
