The hotel staff and valet were all great. Very friendly. The hotel was pretty and our room was clean. I used the gym every day. The immediate surroundings outside were nice but we didn’t care for downtown over the weekend. Not the best people to be around

Hotel is modern and clean. Our room had a great view of the mountains. The hotel location is ideal for walking downtown Asheville. Just an FYI - valet parking only. During this time of Covid the employees were masked (front desk at check out was not). The real spoiler for us - the morning valet was without a mask while driving our vehicle to the entrance. Completely unacceptable.

All staff were helpful and friendly. They were happy to accommodate a family member with a physical disability. Room was excellent, modern, minimalistic, & stylish. Would recommend to anyone who wants comfort and convenience. Great views. Good restaurant (Hemingway’s Cuba) in the hotel.
