We were moved from our original room due to pest. And I amazingly end up with several bites in my back and shoulders. I feel this could have been observed prior to our checkin if a thorough cleaning and checks had been done. Our new room you could not walk from the elevator to room 500 without getting a contact high in a smoke free building. Come on when a complaint is made take the proper actions to fix it. Parking was an extra $25/day for self park and $35/day even if you did not move your car. It is a hotel not a cabin in the woods.. we’re we suppose to hike there? I feel parking was not accurately explained in the details.

The hotel was very comfortable and luxurious. Convenient to the event we attended, restaurants and shopping. I wish you did not have to pay to park, but at least you could come and go without having to pay again.
