For a smoke free hotel it reeks of cigarette smoke. We checked in and left 1.5 hours later.

The front desk lacks simple basic customer service skils. The hotel smelled like marijuana. And I saw not one but 3 roachs. when i discovered them in the middle of the night. I packed my bags and spent the rest of my time in the lobby during the wee hours if the morning. I had to put a towel in the tub just to shower. Thats how dirty it was. Im a female who was traveling byself. I would never recommend anyone to stay. No matter how bad they need a room.

Service Great / Conditions Needs Repair
The staff was great. They were prompt, efficient and overall very helpful getting me checked in. The condition of the hotel overall was poor. My room was on the top floor and there was evidence of water damage on the ceiling and the drywall. Put some money into a little renovation and it will be a great place to stay.

The room was somewhat clean. The beds were comfortable. The floor had not been vacuumed thoroughly.The halkway floors were soiled. The breakfast was non existent. When I asked about the food, I was told that there was no breakfast. Another couple and I were offered no food. This was promised in the contract. I had to go getfood for my children.

The property is filthy, the ceiling at front desk is flaking off. Service is non existent. I personally had to try 3 different rooms before finding a room that the key could open. One would think the front desk agent would do this. The carpet in the corridor and room was filthy with built up grim and dirty ... Just nasty! The fridge was iced up to the point that the fridge could not close
