Fixtres in the room were coming off the walls, sticky substance on the floor in room. Elevator floor was filthy

Hallways were dirty, but room was clean and had no problems. THey showed they had shuttle service, but it is cancelled. THe pool is closed and that was incorrect on their website. SOme of these are Covid related, but they nee to update their web site. They also did not have much out at the breakfast.

We do not have a pool and our shuttle has been down since the start of the pandemic and neither is listed on our website. We are sorry if your booking engine was not showing correct data and we recommend looking at the company website for up to date information

It is an older property and it needs to be updated. I expected more of a breakfast but I guess with Covid it is very limited. Also I could not get the TV to work.

We hope you called about the TV as it may just have had to be reset, takes about a minute. Yes Covid has breakfast limited to a grab and go to keep everyone safe, especially with the new strain.

Smelly dirty My room was not vacum and smelly, I have use travelosity before, never had such expirience. I am disapointed.

I didn't like anything about this property the rooms are dirty no toilet paper junk all over the floor does anybody clean the rooms. Outside is not safe you have people doing crack, smoking pot, drinking. No one picks up their dog poo. I would not recommend this particular la Quinta in Charlotte to anyone. Shame on management and the property owner.

Safety and security of our guests and staff are a priority and we have security on duty, and a great relationship with the local police, that's goal is to prevent any of the claimed situations you anonymously claim occurred. We also don't see any reported claims of such activities. We take our guests comments seriously and follow up on them when we have proper information that allow us to research and while you can chose to remain anonymous, please know that this limits the amount of follow up that can be done for such claims.

The entire second floor smells like smoke. There was trash and kids toys behind the TV stand. There was a car selling drugs in the parking lot just after dark. The neighborhood was rough. We left a day early instead of spending another night. Would never stay here again.

This is an issue that does not occur at the hotel and we would hope you would report this so that element can be removed if you are sure you truly believed this occurred. The staff is available to assist with any needs you may have and would have responded to those issues had they been made aware.
