Adequate for the price.

Wasn't expecting much since I had a tiny budget, but I may have been better off sleeping in my car for the weekend. Very run down. The place wreaks of cigarette smoke, B.O. and old linens & carpeting. The kind of stink that stays in your clothes all day after you leave. First room they gave me had a sink that only worked for scalding hot water, and a shower that only worked in the "bath" function. Burn marks and bodily fluid stains on bedding. Weird splatters on the walls. The guy working at the front desk was very helpful & accommodating though. Gave me a new room, no questions asked. Apologized for the inconvenience and even invited me to return after they finish their renovation! Booking my return trip now. Hahahahaha Lost power for a good 10 minutes the second evening. Not the kind of room you want to navigate in the dark. ;)

Worst place I have ever stayed!

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything.
Night 1, supposed to have a King non-smoking room. Ended up with 2 Queen beds that were hard as rocks. Night 2, moved to King smoking room. Very dirty and smelly. Thought we could tough it out so bought air freshener and hoped the room would be cleaned for the rest of our stay. Night 3, got back to our room in the evening and found nothing had been cleaned, room, towels, sheets, nothing. Complained to manager and were told nothing available for that night but we would be moved to their King Suite the next day. 5 stars! Night 4, King Suite, bed was better. Room slightly cleaner and no smoke smell but overall still very dated and not what you would expect. Definitely not 5 Stars. The location of this hotel is why I booked it so we were close to family. Next time I will drive whatever distance it takes so I don't have to use this hotel ever again.

Business Stay June 24 2011

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
I selected this hotel as it was close to where my business activites were located. I was mindful that in the reviews there were some bad ones and some good ones. I want to let you know that my stay was a good one. The rooms are average but quite comfortable for a hotel room in this price range. The room was clean and was kept clean during the time I stayed at this Day's Inn. There was an issue (with my room anyway) where it sometimes rattled due to pressure changes between the hall and the room. It was a minor issue at best. The bathroom was worn, but clean. The shower had lots of hot water and a good spray. Shampoo and soap are the only accesories provided. The wireless internet signal was 100% in my room and I never had a problem with it. The Continental Breakfast was basic. Corn Flakes, Fruit Loops for cold cerial and muffins bread and bagel. Nothing fancy but consistent with a hotel in this price range. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Lsat, there is a 24-Hour WaWa Convenience store that you can walk to. There are a number of very good restaurants in the area as well. I will not hesitate to stay here again when by business takes me to the area.

get close to what you pay for

Upon my arrival late in the evening I went to my room to find the cable not working and the comforter on my bead to have holes in it. It was too late in the evening really to deal with it so I asked the reception desk in the morning to address the issues. They needed to be reminded upon my arrival that evening. The replacement comforter also had holes in it. The staff probably needs to use cleanser on the walls. The dirt is obvious on doors and doorjams. Alternatively, the place could use a layer of paint.

The hotel was easy to find. it was clean and suited our needs. close to everything. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. Will stay again. would recommend to others.

Would not stay

To make a looooong story short... Hotel was not clean. Staff was not helpful. Staff gave us the "run around" on when to expect a clean room. We were "kicked out" of our room because the person staying there just "happened" to call and reserve another night. Much confusion. We ended up leaving and going to another place. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

Very nice stay

Looked like a place we wanted to stay as soon as we entered the front door. Room very nice, clean, neat decor. Accommodations were roomy. Breakfast area neat and clean. Hosts very congenial and pleasant. Allowed us to check in early, which was very important. Highly recommend this Days Inn. Also inside entry to rooms. Convenient location.
