Television not working. Bed sheats with smoking stains. To make matter worst roaches in the bath room. OMG they worst experience I ever had staying out.

The room was dirty, had bugs crawling around, light swtiches that did not work, dirty bed sheets, the TV and lights were on upon arrival, and the room smelt like someone had just smoked a pack of cigarettes.

Everything are pretty good with me. Excepting I saw a guy who look like a homeless stay in the stage with his tuffs for the whole night probably.

Due to major storm activity in the area, our house was w/o power, w/no ETA for restore. Booked a room for 2 nights, for 2 adults, 1 child. Upon check-in, was asked how many keys? I was standing there with my husband & child and told her 2 because I needed to go to work in the morning and they would need to be able to get in and out of the room in my absence, she said okay and we rcvd 2 keys. Upon arrival at the room, our keys didn't work, so my husband went back to the front desk to get the keys working. We finally get in the room and I was mortified at the condition of the room. It stunk like mold, there was 1 towel and a message light still blinking from the previous customer. TV was on as if someone had just left the room. Next day, my husband went back to room in the middle of the day and the key didn't work AGAIN. He went to front desk for assistance and they told him it wasn't his room and he couldn't get in! He had desk clerk call me at work, she asked me my DOB, then asked if okay to let him in our room! When he finally got in the room, our stuff was gone. Not much, but still it was gone! He went back to the desk and she said the cleaning lady must've taken it out (WHAT??). The cleaning woman didn't answer her radio, so he needed to follow the desk clerk around to locate the cleaning lady so he could get our belongings back.No explanation, no apology. That's theft! We paid for it in adv. thru Travelocity, no refunds. We never went back... Stay away! 😡😡

We booked a two night stay while in the area. We arrived around midnight the first night after being on the road for 3 days. We were exhausted and went right to bed. In the morning I found crickets throughout the room and immediately reported this to the front desk. I was informed that the crickets come out in hot weather and "you wouldn't know this since you're from California". I accepted this response since I had no idea about the East Coast and requested they clean the crickets out of the room. The second night I heard movement on the bathroom counter and turned on the light. There were roaches and crickets all over!! I was quick to pack up and leave. Upon checkout the front desk attendant stated it was due to the hot weather and we could find another hotel at our expense. Upon packing up the car I noticed bumps all over my arms. We returned to the room to find bedbugs under the sheets!! I wish I could add pictures to this review since I have plenty of them!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! They will not offer a refund or assistance of any kind!

The staff was awesome. The room was clean. The heater made loud noise while being on, which was annoying and i wasn't able to leave on. It was raining and temperature dropped.
