Good spot for a large group.
This property worked great for our large group of 15. Great bunk room downstairs for the kids and plenty of rooms and privacy for adults. Nothing fancy, but ticks all the boxes. Great location. Parking can be tricky, but doable.

Don't be fooled.
TLDR: NOT RECOMENDED After reading some of the scathing reviews, I was a little worried coming into the house, but it was actually very very nice and clean with even more beds than listed. It's a great location and nice. We made dinner the first night and the kitchen sink backed up, it backed up so badly that there was food from the sink that went into the UPSTAIRS SHOWER DRAIN. So many calls to the management company with a run around, I was even told the plumber was THERE fixing it while I was there with no plumber at all. Then the downstairs bathroom started to smell like sewage. Day 2 and we have lost 2 of the three bathrooms and use of the kitchen. The 'management' company is a huge conglomerate, you're not talking to anyone who can do anything and they are not in the area at all, and all they do is pay lip service. The matter was finally taken care of (previous renters apparently had poured fat and oil down the disposal) but it took over 24 hours, and most importantly, we had to call constantly and were told someone was on the way in the next hour for 24 hours. Nice house, but totally not worth it. It seems like it often has some nasty gross issue that is not taken care of for entirely too long. They do not care at all about reviews and do nothing to make up for any issues.

Great Location In Government Camp For Large Group
This is a great house to have a larger group. We stayed for 4 nights with friends and family. Easy walk into downtown Government Camp and Multipor Ski Bowl. The house could use some updating, but the pictures are accurate to what is provided so we can't complain. - Thanks for a great stay!

We sooo wanted to love this one, but it was just okay
The location and large size of this property is fantastic for a large group spending a long weekend in Gov’y. Access to snow, hot tub, town was ideal. Kids had their own space to play, kitchen/dining actually serviced 15, beds were pretty comfy. However, for the price we paid per night (holiday weekend), I expected the house to be polished and up to date. What we found was decor was lacking, stained carpets, mismatched and partially broken furniture, no dish soap, toilet seat issues on main floor, 2 out of 3 game machines in basement wouldn’t work; all in all stuff that could be fixed/updated to really dial this place in. The pros inside were, hot tub, fireplace, large table for group meals, good storage/mud room for snow gear, and good sleeping arrangements with bedroom placement and bunks. None of it was terrible, we still had a great time with good friends and debated if we’d rent there again, but ultimately decided for the price, it wasn’t worth it.

Would book again!
Loved our stay at Snocade! Lots of room to gather and socialize. A couple of disappointments . . . fireplace didn't work and the entire facility could use some updating, but pleased with the property overall.

Great Location and Size!
Property was great overall! Great location within walking distance to ski bowl and Government Camp restaurants. Kitchen was very well stocked! We had multiple ages of kids and they loved the pinball machines and ping pong table. There were towels for the hot tub and lots of clean towels in the bathrooms. Two new washer and dryers. Only negatives were that the hot tub was a little cloudy, a few beds were full size, (not Queen), carpets need a good clean, and it was very hot and we wished there was a bigger outside hang out area that would fit us. Overall, great place and would stay again.

Family Reunion
House was spacious and comfortable. Youth and kids especially enjoyed the downstairs area. Kitchen and bathrooms clean and well stocked. The dishwasher did not work well and we did run out of toilet paper, but just barely. I would have rated excellent on cleanliness, but carpet is really stained. Hot tub very nice and fun things to do in the area.
