Very convenient to the airport, no issues with the shuttle back and forth (on time, prompt, quick) Not much to see or do beyond the quarters or property, but that didn't matter this time. Sometimes confusing to navigate within the property (probably because most signs are in Japanese)

The hot spring Onsen is the outstanding charm-point of this tourist hotel. It has water from the natural Narita hot spring, which is lovely on the skin. The hot spring had 3 baths (2 outdoor Rotemburo) & a steam sauna (“mist bath”). This alone made the stay worth it. The hotel public areas are newer, clean, aesthetically pleasant and spacious. The food (dinner and breakfast) was okay. We stayed in the “garden wing” rooms which are clean and simple. The garden wing hallways are drab, probably awaiting renovation. (The photos on Travelocity are probably of the main hotel rooms) WiFi was free but sometimes slow.
