It’s a beautiful hotel! The light shows were amazing. Reservation staff, bellman, and bar staff were lovely. As stated in another review, there were trays from other patrons room service left in the halls during our whole visit. We were also jolted from bed with a very loud knocking at the door from the cleaning staff thinking we were already gone, despite there being a “no disturb” sign on the door. Scared us to death!

This was my worst hotel experience ever. First of all there was blood on the sheets of one of our beds. (I took a picture) Secondly and most concerning, One of our gusts was arriving a day late, and whoever I talked to cancelled the second day rather than the first day, so not only did I have to pay for a room that wasn't used, I also had to book another hotel, as the OYO was full. I will never use travelocity again.

You had to walk from a great distance away from where you park if you don't use valet. The layout of the hotel was very confusing. We got turned around constantly. The light, water and lights show was disappointing. The Starbucks made all 3 drinks wrong. Overcharged for distant parking, would have been cheaper just to pay to visit the aquarium for 24 hours. No info about the hotel or the surrounding area in the room. Could not view the 3D laser light show well because it was partially blocked out for events. Inside of rooms outdated. Bed was hard. Would not stay here again
