Hidden fees and charging your card another price when you are given one price and if you try and talk to them they try and tell you that your room that they put you in was more

First time trying this hotel and will be back again. We arrived early and knew the policy time was a hour away but asked if we could leave our luggage because we where going to be out till later in the evening. They were nice enough to go ahead and check us in because they had available rooms ready, So very friendly.

room was not cleaned and the beds were unmade, as well as the towels were dirty. Had to go back to get another room. General condition of the property is somewhat rundown. Staff were generally nice on the plus side.
