It would have been nice if the hotel website would tell people that there is not a guarantee you will get parking. We had to park at the stadium and walk to the hotel. There are fees for everything including internet. Although it was clean I will not pay that price to stay again.

Was a 2 hour wait to get your hotel room, which I showed up after the check in to void this happening. Hotel room was not clean. Bathroom was dirty and you can tell nobody scrubbed the toilet and shower. No apology’s from staff, only excuses.

Check-in was slow because there were a lot of arrivals and very few positions open at the large check-in area. More people to staff all the available positions would be useful. Parking garage is close, but the room key didn't open the gate like it's supposed to, necessitating taking a ticket and getting it validated at the slow front desk. Really like the gym/workout room. As well equipped as any gym you would go to. Really liked the little shop where you can buy sandwiches, pizza, etc. along with snacks and candy and drinks to take to your room. Given the capacity of the hotel, it is short on public space. It is also short on elevators. When the event was over and everyone returned to the hotel, the line to get on the elevators was horrendous. The rooms were small but comfortable. Overall we enjoyed the stay, but for the price charged, things should have been better and more convenient.
