I understand it was a VERY busy weekend, but the hotel was clearly not prepared with appropriate staffing. Check in was over 45 minutes wait , room service “ran out of food “, and no hot water, on our entire floor for morning shower. Other than that, the hotel was beautiful & the room was very clean & modern!

We understand how frustrating and inconvenient it is to not have hot water. We worked as quickly as possible to find a solution regarding the hot water issue which resulted from the flooding of the Mississippi River. We appreciate your business and hope in the future you will give us another try when traveling to the St. Louis area

Check in was horrible I do understand the check in was at 4pm but when you are traveling the room shoul be available at least 1hr earlier. For the price breakfast should be included. No pool ? Children's love pool.

We had non refundable reservations with a check in time for 4PM. We were told that the number of people leaving and checking end were 700 and they didn't know when our room would be ready. Had tickets to a 6pm ball game and could not go to our room to freshen up and change cloths. My wife was told if she needed change cloths she could go to the rest room to change, which she did, Recieved a text at 5:44 that the room was ready, we were already at the game. Then woke up this morning to a note under the door that the hot water was out because the steam plant was flooded.
