Liked: Very clean, very comfortable, very quite Disliked: fire alarm went off at 11:45 on the second night. No help or guidance from staff. Gust notified us of prank and ok to return to room. No communication from staff...no apologies...no anything from staff or management.

Parking is the only negative. There is a good portion of the walk from the garage that is not covered. But, it’s not bad.

We had a kitchenette in our room but it didn’t have any silverware or bowls. I’m not sure the purpose of a kitchenette that we can’t use. Also, this was right next to a small train station. One night, the train went through at 2:00 am. Not a pleasant way to wake up.

The parking is a little hectic. We chose to valet for $20 which was well worth it and had a bellhop help with luggage. Was a very pleasant experience. We will stay here again!!

Condo experience and not a hotel

Way overpriced for what was expected. King room with a fountain view turned out to be a condo in the corner of the building where we could see half of the fountains. We had a late check in and once when we found the extra charges we were charged an additional $50 for early checkout when there were plenty of rooms available. The staff made NO attempt to resolve the issue and try to keep us there. There are many other places that truly take care of you with nicer amenities for half the price. We just spent a week in the Florida keys and stayed at resorts for much less. Our apartment building has more to offer. We will not be back.

Accommodating

Location: Centrally located for exploring the Branson area
We were delayed in checking in, dues to available "ready" rooms. The hotel upgraded us for the inconvenience. The hotel is what you would hope for, clean, updated and centrally located I can also say the restaurant is awful - one in our party ordered a steak, "medium", and it arrived very, very rare. It was pointed out to our server, he returned it to the kitchen,they "nuked it" and the manager brought it out again, and it was still rare, not dripping but rare. The manager did take it off the tab. The restaurant is franchised, not directly managed by the hotel.
