The whole check in experience was a nightmare. Worst check in experience of my life. Check in time was at 4:00 and we planned to check in to our room to freshen up prior to a show we were scheduled for that night. However, the room was not ready at the time of check-in and it was not available until about 3 hours later. It wasn't just our room either, the entire lobby was full on people waiting to check in. Once we were finally able to check in, we entered the elevator to go up to our floor and got stuck. We had to call the front desk to let them know and THEN they told us how the elevator works with your key card. This was NOT told to us at the time of check-in.

I loved the balcony view of the water show. The hotel was very clean and new. I feel like the pool is too small for the amount of guests, and we didn't use it as much as we wanted because it was too busy. One complain I have, the parking is not directly connected to the hotel. I don't think it's a huge deal if you are ok with paying for valet. I enjoyed the shopping and restaurants around the hotel. Once complain I have is that there was no place to have breakfast, with the exception of a very packed Starbucks and a Cinnabon place. I believe the hotel offers breakfast normally but it was not offering this because of Covid. I will not stay anywhere else in Branson. This is a great hotel. Very dog friendly area, my dog loved it.

Liked: Very clean, very comfortable, very quite Disliked: fire alarm went off at 11:45 on the second night. No help or guidance from staff. Gust notified us of prank and ok to return to room. No communication from staff...no apologies...no anything from staff or management.

Parking is the only negative. There is a good portion of the walk from the garage that is not covered. But, it’s not bad.
