The beds were very uncomfortable. One of the elevators was broke down and made wait time to go up to rooms unthinkable. With 30 minutes left in breakfast, food was almost gone. Rooms were very clean and showers were very hot and enjoyable.

Worst Hilton we've been to
We stayed for a team tournament. Issues: Mice, cockroaches, leak in the bathroom left the floor soaked, standing water in the tub that we hadn't used, pool and lobby area miserably cold. (It was extremely cold out), two of the three elevators had issues, two stairwells not marked that there is no lobby entrance or guest access below level three, the second room we were moved to smelled like smoke, the third room didn’t have hot water, drinks at the bar were $16.50 for shorts and avarrage at best. I will say, the staff was friendly and tried to make things right. Corporate said they will fix the issues. Until they completely remodel this place, save your money and stay elsewhere. There can't be a worse Hiton anywhere.

Disappointed
The overall aesthetics are very dated. First room I was provided the sink AND the bathtub leaked. Notified the front desk they stated facilities would fix it. No one came do I went back asked for another room. They provided me one next door. The TV’s did not work until the last morning when I was getting ready. The TV’s were so old they were the old style super grainy. Probably 10-12 years old. The ice maker on several floors did not work and my stay was for 4 days 3 nights never received any housekeeping. The entire experience was VERY disappointing for the price.
