i was particularly pleased with the friendliness of all beginning when i arrived with the valet, to the front desk, contract security officer in the lobby, to again my departure with the valet. the housekeeping staff was not as pleasant as i departed that morning, however as it was a overnight stay I cannot speak more on that. I will absolutely return to this specific property next time i visit KC
