I was disappointed in the "quality" of the property. makes me think of Days Inn where you never know what you are going to get. Pictures can be deceiving.

This was absolutely the worst hotel ever. Very unsafe and unclean. My husband and I felt the conditions were so unsafe, that we stayed 20 mins and went to a Holiday Inn Express. We didn’t even let them know. We just left the key in the room and paid for the room. We still aren’t sure what the front desk clerk meant when she asked us if we “knew” Fast Eddie? Please do not stay at this hotel!!!!

It was clean, bedsheets were clean. Staff very professional and courteous. Loved the speedy check-in. Would recommend Quality Inn to my family and friends.

I had made a reservation around 2 weeks earlier for a 1 night stay on June 4th and June 11th. My stay on June 4th was a dream. My flight, on June 11th, from Orlando, to St Louis, was delayed. It took me 5 minutes online to find a phone number (through Travelocity) r for Choice Hotels, Even though I had a confirmation number I was told that I did not have a reservation; that this particular location was sold out. I went into, found this location and booked 1 room for that night prepaying. I finally found a phone number for the location after I had booked/paid for the night. By this time, my husband and I (both in a wheelchair) had been sitting outside for over 45 minutes and had not seen the Quality Inn shuttle once. (We had seen the Hilton, Drury Inn, Holiday Inn several times.) Whomever was answering the phone was sympathetic to my situation but was admandant that the only place the shuttle could pick up us at was on the passenger drop-off level and we were sitting down on the passenger pick-up level (Exit 15, Terminal 2) which every bellhop we encountered insisted was the correct place to be, She was, also, very insistent that if the shuttle came looking for us anywhere else they (the shuttle) would receive a ticket (with an "extremely large fine from the police") and they couldn't afford that. She did acknowledge I did have a reservation and as soon as we got moved to the correct place they would be more than happy to come pick us up.
