Broken window in our room, door had been scratched to where a huge swath of paint was missing. Paid extra for ocean view, but most of the view was obscured by building in front of hotel, even though our room was on third floor. Everything was run down, cheap, or ugly. Whale log sculpture was cool, though!

My car windshield was broken on their property. It appeared a rock was thrown at my window deliberately. I reported it to the front desk and asked about a camera. The position of the camera was in perfect view of my car but unfortunately it was pointed down onto an employee's car. Very disappointed. The toom was mediocre. The windows were extremely dirty so looking outside wasn’t pleasant. The tv was very small for the room size and 2 queen size beds. There was only 2 lights in the room, one over the sink and a small one hanging over the coffee pot. There wasn’t even a light in between the beds. The room seemed like it wasn’t fininshed being decorated. It was not a relaxing room. You can hear people walking above you. I would not recommend this property.

Lovely comfortable overnight stay at a charming beachside hotel. Unbeatable value for the money. Close proximity to the beach. The room was comfortable and clean. Linens were crisp and fresh. A large room, nice water pressure, inviting teal theme (that incidentally matched my fiancé’s hair, so double points there!)—even the Keurig was teal. All the little things added up to something big. Would definitely recommend and stay there again when in Newport. Great job guys.

The only great thing about this property is the friendly, helpful staff. There is only one lock on the doors, no additional lock. There was a large gap between the bottom of the door and the door frame which is why there were also ants in my room. The room has been nicely updated but the smoke detector was missing and the bathroom tub was stained.
