Bring your tennis rackets along for a match on the grounds' Har-Tru clay tennis courts, grill out at the picnic area, then gather around the firepit area - what more could you want from a vacation?

Martha's Vineyard is waiting to be explored, and the fun begins in your own neighborhood at the Farm Neck Golf Club. Head about half a mile south, and you've arrived at gorgeous Joseph Sylvia State Beach. This awesome location has you well situated for whatever strikes your fancy during your stay on the island.

Back at your condo, prepare a home-cooked meal in the full kitchen, equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. The kitchenette includes silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils. Cable TV and free WiFi ensure you stay caught up with your favorite shows. Do your laundry in the shared washer/dryer, and enjoy complimentary on-site parking while you're here.

Other amenities include a picnic and barbecue area, as well as a firepit area. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. The seasonal pool is guaranteed to be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
