The jetted tub in our room did not work. The room was dirty, and the hot tub has green mold growing all around it. I took pictures and videos and uploaded them to all my social media platforms. Un safe and absolutely disgusting.

Checked into room. Smell was terrible. Homeless out in sidewalk and within minutes cops showed up and there was a very unsafe seen. Tried to leave and get refund and front desk clerk was very rude. Also in the short time we were there, as we left due to conditions. Barking dogs in neighboring room didn’t stop. When tried continually to reach Travelocity customer service. Waited and waited. No one ever acknowledged messages. Would NOT ever stay here. We left within 40 minutes of arriving. Do not stay here, it is NOT safe.

Hotel was nice. We did not have time to enjoy the pool or other facilities. The breakfast bar where is adequate. It was nice to find a place to stay that took pets.
