It was Super Bowl weekend and it was pretty quiet. We liked the breakfast. I don’t like that they charge for parking.

Never again!
I frequently travel to the area, I would definitely not stay here again, the first impression of the front desk clerk she was okay, seemed to be straightforward and not friendly but not rude, rooms were clean and somewhat updated, had amenities, the room smelled musty like old smoke, we kept our room key in the slot to keep the air circulating, when we came back to our room the key was gone the maid must have taken it? Was not even left for us to find and we unfortunately were staying another night with one key, the breakfast was really bad, watery eggs and overcooked sausage slices, service was appalling, it was so awful we asked for pancakes because she ran out she made them gave her a tip , we were first ones waiting she literally gave them to everyone else but us standing there and asked my husband to move to help someone else, he waited for the next batch, she spoke in Spanish to another employee bringing pancakes to another table assuming I didn’t understand but he definitely did. While we waited first, I gave her a tip in her tip jar prior to even eating. Regretting it obviously, the service and stay was so uncomfortable the way I was made to feel, remarks, looks, rude comments I didn’t show to the next day’s breakfast, I couldn’t wait to leave, I wouldn’t go back even for free.
