This hotel is a very good value in hotels, close to the main Orlando theme parks. clean, with courteous 24 hour service. Among staff, I would mention a manager, John Viana, and from the cafeteria, Rachel Guardado.

Not really worth the savings
Upon arrival, the lobby looks to be remodeled and was clean. Check in was easy and simple. Nathan was amazingly friendly. I would say the room was average. Nothing special. New laminate floors were nice, except when the people above me were walking around and/or dropping things. I was here to visit my son for the week. Rachel in the deli was also a pleasure. She went above and beyond every time I was there. Nathan and Rachel were the best parts of staying here. I had one rest day planned. I was awaken early by an all terrain basket lift beeping loudly outside my window and maintenance men yelling back and forth. No big deal, I understand they need to do what they need to do and I figured I would get up and around and just take a nap later in the day. The ONLY quiet I had was over the lunch hour. I called the front desk to inquire and was told they were sorry and that they were painting that side of the building. It was a long day of beeping. Couldn’t open my curtains because I had no privacy. I stopped at the front desk later that afternoon and just nicely suggested they may want to let their guests know about maintenance schedule so they could arrange any rest/quiet days differently. They also charge a “resort fee” for a pool, hot tub, regular tiny gym, and a sixth of a basketball size court with one basket. Breakfast cost $20 per person. They have a restaurant with very limited menu. I will not be staying here again.
