The property was nice!!!! My only complaint is that the property building numbers should be lit up so that guest could see the numbers while driving and looking for their assigned building. Also, the directions to our building was confusing and we even asked how to get there and some employees couldn’t even give us the right direction!! Someone had to drive us there!

DO NOT BUY BREAKFAST! They do not have any dining. For the price you pay for "continental breakfast" you will only get 1 pastry(packed frozen), 1 juice, 1 coffee from their shop. They do not provide any drinking water. If you ask to exchange juice for water they would not let you.

Family vacation
Great resort with a variety of pools and activities for the family. Stores were close but mostly a little drive away. Great units and friendly, helpful staff. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

Pros - Amazing for kids, great sized rooms (we had the 2 bedroom), Kitchen is very well equipped for cooking and storing food, service is great, using text messages to request missing items. Cons - Check in was a bit annoying as we got to the room and the keys didn't work, we had to wait around 20 min for the issue to be resolved, waiting standing by the door with the suitcases. The decoration in the rooms is outdated, but again, overall a really great experience.

Great location if going with the famiky and amazing that it has the feel of a appointment stay with a full kitchen so when to make something for the family and also a great way to save in food expense. And the pool area with the water park great for the kids to burn out the sugar rush

Our stay was great! Well maintained property. Nice pools, great service, excellent on property restaurant. **Side note: The shuttle to & from the parks is a nightmare. It is a 3rd party service not connected to the Aqua Sol. The service was abysmal. The night time driver is rude and completely unprofessional. We almost got in an accident on 3 seperate occasions. The times for pick up & drop off make no sense and it will take you 2 hours to get to & from the parks as the shuttle stops at several other hotels & then traffic. Every pick up was late ranging from 7 mins to 30 mins. Once we were dropped off in a random parking lot and told to move into a van that did not have enough seating for all involved. There was a tense interaction between the two drivers, who began arguing & shouting in front of guests. It was not a highlight I would recommend to any traveler. DO NOT USE THE SHUTTLE. Save yourself the time & effort and pay for the rental car. We enjoyed our visit to the Aqua Sol and look forward to returning in the future!
