Should be more to do at the hotel besides the pool. There’s enough wasted space. Maybe characters in the lobby certain times of the day. Besides the convenience to the parks .. it’s kind of boring.

Amazing place, price was amazing,shuttles to the parks were constant and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious but little space to unpack belongings. The pool was awesome. Totally loved it! Would def go back!

We loved so much about this property. What made it a 3 star experience instead of 5 was the noise!! It was horribly loud all night on most nights of our stay. It gives paper thin walls a whole new meaning! We would hear the alarms of people in the rooms next to us so loud it was like they were in our room. Literally everything else was amazing. The pool = awesome, the rooms were great and we loved the easy transport to universal. Just add some insulation to your rooms please!!

Everything about this hotel was wonderful, except for the check-in process. It took a bit, because of the long line, but the staff were super nice and helpful. We did get locked out of our room and had to get replacement keys a few times, but I am still giving this place a good review. I would definitely go back. Super convenient shuttle to the parks!!
