Was not given the room I reserved. I reserved a King bed and a smoking room. Was told at check in not available. Bait and switch. I don’t appreciate dishonesty. I want what I reserved and paid for. Otherwise what’s the point in going to the trouble of reserving a room. The room is beat up looking. Cigarette burns in the comforter, everything is dusty. The AC unit is loud and probably has been since it was purchased in the 70ies. Food crumbs on the floor. Doesn’t look like it’s been vacuumed in a while. The pillows smell sweaty. The baseboards are beyond nasty. I won’t be returning here.

This place does NOT have breakfast. It’s advertised that they have a free breakfast but they do not. the whole property is a little out of date and needs some new carpets and furniture

it was conveniently close to shopping areas. And they placed me on the first floor; which made it easier to transport our belongings to and from the room.

The back door where we are required to Park did not have a lock. We felt unsafe coz someone can just get in. They should fix that door.
