Staff refused to print me a receipt. Heater unit rattled and noisy. Staff refused to move us to another room saying they are all noisy

Mistake on dates,wouldn't let me cancel. It cost me 800 dollars for 2 rooms i didnt use.i will never use Travelocity or best western again!
