Train your staff

Staff was nice but not trained. We were triple charged for one night. Also, they require a $100 deposit. The rooms and building are old and worn but clean. Hotel is near rite aid, Safeway, and Sharis.

Dear Guest, Our staff is very well trained, but thanks for your review. You were never triple charged, as the hotel only put an authorization on your card provided. This is a very standard practice in the hotel industry, and the hotel is just protecting itself from unforeseen damages, which again the hotel has a right to do. Once again thank you for your review especially what it is around.
