I believe I should have been paid to stay at this property, it was the worst place that I've ever lodged. I want to send you pictures of this dirty beat up, run down awful place. I actually would like a refund. You should not be offering a place like this! Quality Inn Ha!, there was no Quality about it. It had broken vents, holes in the wall behind the toilet, towel rack was coming off the wall, mirrors so dirty, I left a note in the dirt. The shower head was corroded and the tub didn't drain properly. Also, the door was hard to open, I had to keep reinserting the keycard to gain access to the room. Unbelievable!!!!!! I traveled because my aunt passed away and I needed a halfway mark to rest and continue my drive; I shouldn't have had to deal with that nasty hotel. Let me know where I can send the pictures because you shouldn't be promoting a place like this!

The rooms bathrooms were filthy in 2 rooms I viewed, bed covers dirty with stains but the night clerk was extremely helpful and gave me a room that was clean but I did not use the bed cover it had disgusting stains on it. I will say this clerk was very pleasant and accommodating, I later checked in for a few more days and did not like the rude young lady who checked me in on January 20, 2024, She would not give me a receipt and charged my credit card I used to reserve the room. I had paid in cash on my last stay on January 12th. My card was used to only reserve the room. I found this to be suspicious especially when I checked out with no receipt. She said the 3rd party Travelocity would email me a receipt??? She could not give me one because of the discount???

Convenient location. Good value for the price. Rooms are in need of refurbishment. Carpet needs replacing. Furniture drawers are broken.

No one answered the phone 5 calls. We arrived for beakfast at 8:30. Coffee empty, no eggs or potatoes remaining, no one there to ask.

The room had a lot of hair around the back on the sink and in the corners of the restroom. The A/c vent had not been cleaned and I did not see a filter. The bathroom sink remained slow and backed up during my entire stay. The laundry machines were All out of service! Horrendous experience!! Never again!!

Dirty ashtray shoved in night stand. A clump of something unidentifiable on the floor. Bathroom filthy with stains. Bathroom smelled like urine.
