Got to our room in the late evening; my son instantly went to bed. It was then I noticed that my bed appeared to have a collapsed box spring, and therefore the mattress wasn’t properly supported and sitting “funny”. I lot the hotel management know about this issues, but told them I would sleep on it that night, since I didn’t want to wake/move my young son. So that was an uncomfortable night. The next morning, I went down to inquire about changing rooms; management informed me I had to wait until the afternoon. When I got back to the hotel that evening, the hotel staff assigned me a new room on the same floor… but after an hour or so, I noticed that the heat system didn’t work (it was 33° outside at the time). So I had to go BACK down to the front desk to get yet another room. This time, everything seemed OK - the bed, the heater, etc. but three rooms in two days is unacceptable, especially for things easily noticed and able to be fixed by the hotel beforehand. Not the best experience at this property.

The clerk just saw me walk in to check in for my reservation and immediately just said if I am there to book or claim my reservation that they are all booked and have no rooms available did not bother trying to help me just kept doing what she was doing on the computer, had to call Travelocity customer service ended up having to go back to deal with that horrible lady at 2am and we were lucky to have found another hotel with availability on a Friday night 15 mins away that was totally better in every way possible, customer service, location, safety

I appreciated all aspects of the hotel. The restaurant could have been available more. The low amount of staff at the front counter experienced difficulties in checking individuals in and out. They were very polite and one solution would be to have more personnel in the front to avoid customers

This property was clean, but needed serious remodeling. Carpet needed replaced walls were peeling and rooms had an oder of urine and or mold.

the air conditioner was so loud it drowned out the TV and woke me every time the condenser kicked in. The good part the hotel room was clean and well decorated.

There should have been more information on different things in the hotel. As far as going to the pool my daughter usually spends a lot of her time in the pool she was only able to go into the pool for two hours a day. Also there was supposed to be a complementary breakfast there was no such thing at all they had no breakfast. The hotel was OK to stay in but I would not recommend it.
