This place sucked with a capital S. Very understaffed, dirty, and I would never ever stay there again. People were actually walking out when after 1/2 hour no one came to the front desk to wait on them.

Sorry for your experience Anonymous. The understaffing was temporary and was mostly Covid related. We are fully staffed and much renovated since. Hope to see you again, you would be impressed with the improvements. Thanks again for your review.

I would never stay at this hotel again!!! Very, very understaffed, rooms not ready for check in, and when they were ready they were dirty. Nothing on the breakfast bar except bagels. Hotel needs to be shut down.

Very dirty and unclean rooms. One of our rooms wasn't ready when we went to check in so they gave us a different room. It stunk really bad. The 3rd time the room was ok. The continental breakfast had nothing on it. Very, Very short staffed. The staff that was working was running the front desk, answering phones, checking in people, cleaning rooms and doing laundry. Will never stay at this hotel again and will not recommend it to any one else.

Sorry for your less than impressive stay Anonymous. We had a sudden depletion of workforce due to Corona Pandemic. We are fully staffed and things are again organized as they always should have been. We have also much renovated since.

The staff was fantastic and we really appreciated all of their help. Our room was terribly humid when we arrived and our feet stuck to the carpet. We ran the AC on high all night and saw no difference until 5pm the next day. The bathroom was not clean. There was hair and urine still on the toilet. Breakfast was a mess. The juice machine was broken so pre-poured cups of juice were kept in a mini-fridge. There was also just a cup of syrup sitting out. It was very off-putting.

This hotel is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Our check in time was 3:00 and yet it was still a used room at 6:00. We were told to come back at 6:20 ( and it was ready ) but there was a wet stain on the carpet approx., 14” round. No leak from ceiling so it was from a different source….. no wash cloths…dogs barking from several rooms and at 11:20; housekeeping was vacuuming the hall. To be fair; the office lady was completely overwhelm and over worked, as was housekeeping. NEVER stay here. Our pillows were the shams from the bedspread. No others

Thanks for the review Anonymous. Your concerns have been addressed and fixed. We are fully staffed to serve better and we have installed all new flooring in the guest rooms. The rooms have been freshly painted and we have also renewed most of the bedding including the new mattresses and the bed frames. Please give us another chance, you will be impressed. Thank You.
