Liked-Nice breakfast selection. Upon check-in, the man checking me in said some off the cuff comments. I couldn’t understand him & asked him to repeat a couple of times. He asked me if I needed a Hearing Impaired Room??? When I was signing the paperwork, he said “So you didn’t have time to get your nails done?” Not sure what his issue was, but inappropriate! Our room #802 had a stinky bathroom and the door wouldn’t stay open. The lights were a guessing game, most didn’t work.

Room was very large, no food around hotel, staff member at front desk was sitting in lounge area and seemed a little bothered to get up and check us in

An aging hotel with a broken pool, broken elevator, weird sticking doors. Bath products in the room (in installed wall-mounted pumps) were the same product, even though they were labeled “lotion” “conditioner” “body wash” etc. Staff was rude and ignored us standing there to check in and check out. They continued to have their non-work conversation about a game while we stood there. The entry way was untidy and needed swept.
