We enjoyed our stay at this attractive hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We received an upgrade from the room we had reserved, which was a nice treat! A mini-fridge would have been convenient in the upgraded room. Thanks for making our visit so pleasant!

Everything was great except found a garbage bag containing prior residents take away boxes and beer bottles in the living room closet! It made us wonder if all contact points were thoroughly cleaned or not .

The suite I was in was immaculate; also comfortable, quiet, and nicely furnished. I had a delicious dinner at the on-site restaurant. One small "imperfection" was the alarm clock in the bedroom. The time was off by a couple of hours, and for the life of me I could not figure out how to correct it. (Fortunately I did not need to set the alarm.)

Property on the outside was well kept but the room was rather unclean and not well kept. We paid for the whirlpool tub and that was not clean the

I was there for a wedding and I loved the fact that they had a fire pit but it was never set up the whole time we were there. If it was set up then I would of scored it A+.

The room we stood in was spectacular. It was a bi-level loft like room with a jacuzzi at the top. The decor was warm, the lighting great ant the king size bed was comfy. The pool was near our room so we didn’t have to walk far. We enjoyed the garden trail and the restaurant (Osteria?) The only concern was the cobwebs in the room. It also got noisy at night maybe being close to the pool or was it the next door neighbors?
